with Motto by Wilhelm Halbach with Logo and RZM M7/35
Really nice Original honest WW2 Double Proofed Hitler Youth Knife with Motto by Wilhelm Halbach – “Christmas Tree” Logo and RZM M7/35, mid period dated around 1936
The nickel-plated hilt fittings show normal loss of plating and tarnishing.
The Bakelite grip plates are in excellent undamaged condition and are still held in place by the two original nickel dome headed rivets.
The HJ diamond emblem is also in great condition with just some age-related surface wear. The blade with a stepped ricasso and with a full blade motto “Blut und Ehre!”. The motto is still visable although a faint.
It still has a bright finish with scratch marks etc, The blade shape is good and the cutting edge just shows some very light sharpening. The tip has some light dings to the edge. The reverse shows the double proof marks, one being a faint impressed mark for the seldom seen “Christmas Tree” logo, surrounded with the words GESETZL GESCHUTZT, for Wilhelm Halbach. Below this is etched a RZM circle with the code M7/35.
The leather buffer pad is still in place.
The steel scabbard has one tiny dent on the back and shows wear and loss of paint to the finish. The leather belt loop hanger and fastening strap and stud are still in place and working order. It does show some age wear, On the reverse of the back strap, you can make out the stamped maker’s mark, being LFS set across an oak leaf.
These transitional knives are becoming scarce to find , they were made for a very short period before the issues over the right of the manufacturers to host their company logo’s on blades came to a head and was unfortunately lost to the Reich quality control authority (R.Z.M.).
A very nice scarce HJ Dagger.
1935 HITLER PRESENTATION PHOTO CARD
National Socialist War Victim's Care
This is a scarce card to old comrades, larger than a normal postcard from that era 182mm x 121mm, It has black writing under the image of the Fuhrer, which is difficult to read/translate so if anybody out there can help it would be much appreciate.
National Socialist War Victim's Care (German: Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung, NSKOV) was a social welfare organisation for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War I. The NSKOV was established in 1934 and was affiliated to the Nazi Party, so this card relates to very early days of the origination 35/36.
The back of the card translates to:
"Dear comrades I would like to thank you for the many visits to our meetings in the year 1935, and the comradeship you showed, as a result I would like to thank you very much, and may I give you this as a sign of thanks. This picture of our leader and Chancellor Adolf Hitler".

WW2 Luftwaffe Sports Vest Insignia
This is an BeVo weave with a striking black and white contrast – it has BeVo Wuppertal embroidered on the edge.
BeVo is a term used by collectors to refer to a style of silk embroidery common in German WW II badges. The name itself comes from the BeVo-Wuppertal firm (although they were not the only firm to produce this type of embroidery during WW II, the name has stuck among collectors.) Beteilingung, or “partnership” in English, Vo is short for chief The firm BeVo-Wuppertal came into being when the firms of Lucas Vorsteher and Ewelda Vorsteher amalgamated; both came from the Wuppertal-Bermen area

WW2 1938 Heer other ranks Belt with Aluminium Tabbed Buckle
The Buckle is in very good condition with light wear only to the eagle on the high points. Complete with it’s early leather tab stamp with a partially discernible maker mark and clear 1938 date. All stitching is intact.
The belt is less impressive. Shortened and with a maximum closed length of 32” it is difficult to tell if this is a late war Belt or if the inside tongue was lost during shortening, Buckle adjustment now via a number of punched holes. The closure latch is pressed steel and it appears a number of girls names have been scratched into the leather on the outside.

Red Dragon Meissen Demitasse cup as used in Hitler’s Eagle’s Nest
The pattern is known as ‘Red Dragon’ and is manufactured by Meissen, each piece is hand painted. It was previously thought that this was a gift from the Japanese Emperor to Hitler for his 50th birthday. It never made sense that the Japanese would give a gift with a Chinese motif when they were at war with China. Rather, the Dragon pattern by Meissen was a popular pattern then as now and was ordered commercially by Martin Bormann.
Of all the dinnerware pictured in use during the 3rd Reich, the Meissen Red Dragon was no doubt the most documented and photographed and directly attributed to Adolf Hitler.
